ESA Guide To Using Your ClassWallet Funds with Starke Trading Company

As an ESA family, you're likely no stranger to the convenience and flexibility of shopping online. As an approved vendor, you can now use our trading cards as a unique educational resource.


In this blog post, we'll walk you through the simple process of purchasing from our online store using your ClassWallet funds. This way, you can easily utilize your Educational Savings Account (ESA) for homeschooling expenses.


Step 1: Add Items to Cart

Start by browsing our online store and selecting the items you'd like to purchase. Simply click on "Add to Cart" next to each item you're interested in buying.


Step 2: Screenshot Your Cart

Enter your information so shipping can be calculated before proceeding. Take a screenshot of your cart (including all items, their prices, shipping and total). This will come in handy later when submitting your vendor pay request.


Step 3: Email esa@starketrading.com for Invoice

Once you've added all the desired items to your cart, email our team at esa@starketrading.com with the following information:

  • Your name, email, and shipping address
  • A clear screenshot of your shopping cart

We'll send an invoice in response to your email.


Step 4: We Send Invoice and Hold Items

Our team will review your request, generate an invoice, and hold the items you've selected. This ensures that everything is ready for shipping once payment has been processed.


Step 5: Submit Vendor Pay via ClassWallet

Next, log in to your ClassWallet account and submit a vendor pay request. Make sure to select "Starke Trading Company" as the vendor. Attach the invoice we provided along with a curriculum to ensure approval. We have example curriculum available here: Example Curriculum


Step 6: Provide Proof of Payment

Once you've submitted the vendor pay request, please share proof (e.g., a screenshot or confirmation email) via an email response to the invoice you received from esa@starketrading.com . This will help us verify that your request has been submitted with ClassWallet. 

*Note: If more than 3 business days pass and we have not received evidence that your request has been submitted we cannot ensure your products will remain on-hold.*


Step 7: Items Held Until Approved and Paid

As long as we have received proof of your request submission, your items will remain on hold until our team receives approval from ClassWallet. Once we've received payment, we'll proceed to ship your order.
